PHOIBOS 150

In its 7th generation the electron analyzer PHOIBOS 150 is a well-established and proven electron analyzer for a large variety of different experimental methods ranging from XPS, UPS, ARPES to spin-resolved experiments, or ISS and AES. With its 150 mm mean radius hemisphere and a state-of-the-art electron optical lens system the PHOIBOS 150 series offers excellent sensitivity and high resolving power. Based on the modular concept the PHOIBOS 150 electron analyzers can be equipped with all 1D, 2D, and combined 2D/Spin detectors.
