PicoProbe Handheld  Ultra Low Current Measurement Tool

The SPECS PicoProbe Handheld is a mobile ultra low current measurement tool. The instrument has a 4 1/2 digit resolution that allows DC current measurement from 100 fA to 2 mA.  The PicoProbe includes zero adjustment, automatic polarity indication of the input current, a current monitor output and remote control interface.  It can be used for sample current measurements, leakage current tests, and resistivity tests.
