DetailData Logging
The Data Logging module provides functionality to log sets of system parameters which are polled from the attached devices.
Those data loggings can be, for example, pressures in the various chambers, sample temperatures, temperatures during bake-out, residual gas readings mass spectrometers or manipulator positions.
The logging is performed independently of any acquisition and can be viewed on-line, off-line, and can be exported in Microsooft Excel .csv file format for further processing.
