The Carving Manipulator Combines Lowest Temperatures and Extrem Precise 6 Axes Manipulation.

The Carving manipulator is a 6 axes manipulator (X,Y,Z two polar and azimuthal rotation and tilt) for ARPES measurements at low temperatures and with extreme precison. It uniqe design keeps the mechanics at room temperature while the sample is cooled to liquid helium temperature. The manipulator comes for SPECS SH2/12 sample holders with optional direct current heating.
