Welcome to MY SPECS, the customer portal on the SPECSGROUP website. Please register with your product, order or customer number and find all information that has been specially compiled for your devices and relevant to you in your customer area.

Dear Nanonis Customer,

The SPECS Zurich website is being relocated. The website previously located www.specs-zurich.com will no longer be updated and will be shut down shortly. All information about the Nanonis product range has been transferred and can be found in the Nanonis brand section.

As a consequence, the Nanonis Extranet site software.specs-zurich.com/en/extranetlogin.html will also be taken offline. All downloads available from the current Nanonis extranet site will also be available from the MY SPECS customer portal. For continued access to this service, we kindly ask for a registration for the new MY SPECS customer portal. Please fill out the registration form to create a new account.

Please specify a current license file name or at least the serial number of the RC4, RC5, or RC5e if you don’t have a customer or order number available for your Nanonis System(s). That will allow us to give you access to the correct software versions for your Nanonis products.
