Sample Holders

Different sample holder series are available in different sizes, that are optimized for the method, sample size and transfer regarding size, shape and material choice.

For many methods (XPS, NAP-XPS, ARPES, SPM, LEEM, ...) and systems the SH2/12 sample holder series is the best choice for samples up to 10 x 10 mm size.

Special sample holders with different specifications for LEEM/PEEM, ARPES,... are available.

There are also sample holders for larger sizes (1", 2",...) available in customized systems and applications.

The sample holders of EnviroESCA are completely different and optimized for large samples, many samples, Laser heater, button heater or Peltier cooler.
