COSCON SES

Digital power supply for the EQ 22/35 for spectroscopy and imaging applications

The COSCON SES is a fully digital power supply for the scanning electron source EQ 22/35. It allows for fast and precise scanning of the electron beam with up to 5 keV and up to 250 µA. It is fully integrated into the SpecsLab Prodigy acquisition and evaluation software and can furthermore be controlled by its own web interface from any mobile device. Micro scale imaging and highly precise and reproducible spectroscopy are enabled by the option of sample current read back. Auxiliary input ports on the scanning module allows for application of external scan generators for customized scanning patterns.
